3. It has been almost forty years since I did one of those in Cub Scouts. We whittled and sanded the blocks to get them shaped and then painted them. Use a postage scale to see how close you are to the weight limit. If you need more weight you can put a small screw in the front to get it up to maximum weight. This will give you some extra momentum going down the track
