After Winning the Pinewood Derby?

My little brother just won the Pinewood Derby in the Bears division, and then won in his whole pack's division. My question is, I heard that you have to go on to face other packs after winning overall 1st in your division. Is there any website, or does anyone know where I can get the information on what to do or who to contact on what to do next? Thanks!

1. You might just try the BSA website and check. (A little hint from a past winner, use graphite powder on the wheels, they'll spin FOREVER.)
