2. they sell kits at boyscout outlet stores. basically you cut the block of wood to whatever shape you want, sand it down, paint it, and hammer in the the nails for the wheels. you might even be able to get away with putting some graphite on the wheels for extra traction. also add lead weights and get it right up to the weight limit.
3. get a kit from a hobby shop or boyscout shop . . . shape the car . . .paint it . . sticker it . . add stuff to it sand your wheels and put them on check the wieght cause you may have to add some . .
4. Contact a company called Bearwoods, they are located in Nova Scotia Canada and they have a free catalogue with numerous plans for making wood cars and trucks.
