How do you make a SLOW and I mean very slow pinewood derby car?

We want to win the coveted "Slowest Moving Vehicle" award for the pinewood derby on Saturday morning. Thank you for any suggestions.

1. add loads of weights and have good amount of grip. and do less wind resistance. make it big aswel and just use loads of pinewood
2. well i have no idea what the pinewood derby car is but maybe put like square wheels or no wheels
3. experiment with various lubricants, maybe honey rather than oil on the axles ... honey would crystallize if it wasn't applied fresh. Experiment.
4. bend the axles just enough to get the axles to hit on their rotation so that it is like hitting the brakes but without fully locking the wheels
