  2. the closer to the back the better. its the last part off of the decline of the ramp thereore giving you that extra push. If i remember right you have 5 ounces to work with and on average the car weighs 2 so that usually leaves 3 to work with I would apply 2 just on the front side of the rear axle and 1 to the very rear if you put it all at the rear you'll create wheel hop. the most important factors are wheel alignment and smoothness. I sanded my wheels with 2000 grit sand paper lightly and use an extra fine powdered graphite from a hobby shop not regular from dept. store makes a diffrence if i can help any more instant message paintermanone glad to offer any assistance.
  3. My son put about 2/3 of the weights just in front of the rear wheels and the other 1/3 just over the back wheels. And it is really important to make sure there is as little friction as possible on the wheels and axles to get the maximum speed.
